Dr Robb is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist specialising in Adult Mental Health assessment and therapy. She completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Royal Holloway, University of London in 2005. Following qualification, she then worked at the Specialist INPUT Pain Management Unit, St Thomas' Hospital London. Subsequently Dr Robb has worked in both private practice and in the NHS in Kent, where she held the position of Senior Clinical Psychologist in an Adult Community Mental Health Service. Dr Robb's clinical experience is extensive and spans 19+ years.
Dr Robb uses a range of psychological models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Mindfulness Approaches. Working in a compassionate, collaborative and problem solving way with the client, she aims to help them to overcome a range of difficulties that have been impacting on their quality of life and psychological wellbeing, assisting them to fulfil their potential.
Dr Robb offers supervision to clinicians and trainees, is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (www.bps.org.uk) and an accredited member of the Health Professions Council (www.hpc-uk.org).
DR APRIL WARD
Dr Ward is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC) with 11+ years of clinical experience in both NHS and third sector organisations. Dr Ward’s extensive experience means she is able to work with a range of psychological difficulties. Her area of specialist interest is working with individuals, couples and families during pregnancy and early parenthood. She is also interested in the impact of social media use on psychological wellbeing, particularly in adolescence after carrying out her doctoral research in this area.
Dr Ward offers support to individuals aged 12+ years old and uses a range of evidence based and person-centred psychological interventions. She offers both third-wave CBT approaches (such as CFT and ACT) and psychodynamic approaches, which aims to explore how past experiences may be impacting on current wellbeing in order to develop greater self-awareness and skills to manage overwhelming feelings and emotions in everyday life. Dr Ward aims to work in a warm and collaborative way that supports individuals to improve their quality of life, whilst acknowledging and drawing on existing strengths and skills.

With over 16 years of experience in various Personal assistant positions and a track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments, Kascha manages all administrative duties and client relations for Robb Psychology Kent.
As Office Manager, she ensures the smooth operation of the therapy practice and efficient handling of client enquiries, consultations, and timely access to medico-legal enquiries as required. Kascha also provides Secretarial support to Dr Isobel Robb.
